About this role
Clay seeks a GTM Engineer to build post-sale automation workflows that reduce churn and identify expansion opportunities. You'll partner with Customer Success and Support teams to create data-driven automations like health scoring and proactive outreach triggers, while advocating for Clay's platform capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design and own post-sale workflow automations including health scoring, churn detection, and expansion opportunity identification
- Partner with Growth Strategy and Product Support to translate business needs into technical requirements and iterate based on feedback
- Build tooling that delivers timely customer context to account managers before QBRs, renewals, and expansion conversations
- Push Clay's platform capabilities by exploring new use cases, testing features, and serving as an internal practitioner evangelist
- Collaborate with GTM leadership and frontline teams to identify revenue motion gaps and automation opportunities
- Own projects end-to-end from discovery through prototyping, rollout, adoption, and optimization
