Solutions Engineer

About this role

Clay is seeking a Solutions Engineer to be the technical backbone of enterprise deals, owning proof-of-concepts from start to finish and partnering closely with GTM teams to deliver high-impact solutions that drive revenue. You'll help customers unlock the full power of Clay's data, integrations, and AI capabilities while establishing best practices that scale the team's efficiency.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver enterprise POCs from start to finish, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely completion
• Build templates, automate processes, and establish best practices to accelerate POC delivery by 50%
• Answer technical questions and provide creative solutions for complex customer challenges
• Partner closely with GTM Engineers to support sales cycles and ensure deal success
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to engineering on bugs, features, and strategic opportunities
• Help enterprise customers leverage data providers, CRM integrations, APIs, and Claygent effectively
