Join an early engineering team building AI infrastructure for service businesses. You will help shape and ship a new platform, working directly with users and taking ideas from problem definition through production.

What You'll Do

  • Build and improve core platform capabilities for AI-powered workforces and business operations.

  • Talk with users to identify needs, define outcomes, and decide what to build.

  • Ship production software early, learn from issues, and make practical fixes.

  • Use AI tools to accelerate development and help shape the product and engineering approach.

What We're Looking For

  • Typically 3 to 10+ years of engineering experience, with a track record of shipping software used by real people.

  • Can explain what broke in a shipped product and how you diagnosed and fixed it.

  • Strong product judgment and ability to work independently without a predefined task list.

  • Comfortable building with AI tools at a fast pace; no specific programming stack is required.

  • Interested in AI and early-stage product development, with startup experience or founding experience as a plus.

  • Committed to relocating to San Francisco by January 2027.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary, with compensation adjusting to San Francisco levels upon relocation, plus meaningful early-stage equity. Visa sponsorship and relocation costs are covered.
