About this role
Join an early-stage agentic integration platform as the first engineering hire, owning the entire platform architecture and setting engineering standards from day one. You'll work directly with founders to build and ship production systems for paying enterprise customers in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Own agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime end-to-end
- Establish engineering patterns and standards to guide future team scaling
- Collaborate with founders on technical strategy and product decisions
- Ship production features continuously with measurable customer impact
- Implement observability, monitoring, and reliability patterns across systems
- Drive end-to-end feature development across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
