About this role
Join an early-stage B2B SaaS company as the founding engineer to build an agentic integration platform. You'll own the core platform and infrastructure end-to-end while establishing engineering standards that shape the team's future, working directly with founders to deliver production-ready systems for enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Own the agent platform, infrastructure, and integrations runtime from end to end
- Define engineering standards and patterns for the growing team to follow
- Partner with founders on technical decisions and provide engineering leadership
- Ship production features continuously to paying enterprise customers
- Implement observability, monitoring, and tracing across systems
- Build reliable retry and queuing patterns for distributed systems
