About this role

Join an early-stage healthtech SaaS company as a Founding Full Stack Engineer to build the system of record for nursing excellence. You'll own end-to-end architecture across four integrated products, establish engineering standards, and directly impact nurse retention and patient care at major health systems.

What you'll do

  • Own architecture and ship production features across four integrated healthcare products
  • Design data models and backend services for complex multi-hospital, multi-unit organizational structures
  • Build AI workflows for exemplar writing, evidence organization, and document retrieval
  • Implement enterprise infrastructure including SSO/SAML, RBAC, audit logging, and HRIS integrations
  • Participate in customer calls to gather feedback and ship improvements rapidly
  • Establish engineering standards, CI/CD pipelines, and scalable architectural patterns for team growth
