What You'll Do

  • Improve prompts, workflow modules, and automated processes to make the platform more reliable.

  • Build and refine legal workflows using AI tools, MCP servers, and command-line tools.

What We're Looking For

  • At least 2 years of combined experience in legal practice, legal technology, law firm innovation, or in-house legal work, with 2 to 8 years of overall relevant experience.

  • A JD or prior legal practice experience, or experience working at a legal technology company.

  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools, MCP servers, command-line tools, or code-generation workflows. A computer science degree is not required.

  • Experience translating legal needs into automated workflows, prompts, or product requirements.

  • Sound contract judgment and the ability to assess AI-generated legal work for accuracy and completeness.

  • Comfort owning problems end to end in a fast-moving startup environment.
