About this role

CodeRabbit seeks a Commercial Field Engineer to guide post-sales customers through onboarding and implementation of their AI-powered code review platform. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure technical success, optimize integrations within CI/CD workflows, and build lasting relationships with development teams.

What you'll do

  • Lead onboarding and implementation for commercial and mid-market customers
  • Configure CodeRabbit within development workflows and CI/CD environments
  • Deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs
  • Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex technical challenges
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
  • Document best practices, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides

  • Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
  • API troubleshooting and integration debugging
