About this role
CodeRabbit seeks a Commercial Field Engineer to guide post-sales customers through onboarding and implementation of their AI-powered code review platform. You'll work cross-functionally to ensure technical success, optimize integrations within CI/CD workflows, and build lasting relationships with development teams.
What you'll do
- Lead onboarding and implementation for commercial and mid-market customers
- Configure CodeRabbit within development workflows and CI/CD environments
- Deliver training sessions, workshops, and technical enablement programs
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate complex technical challenges
- Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements
- Document best practices, playbooks, and troubleshooting guides
What they're looking for
- SaaS and developer tooling support experience
- Git workflows and CI/CD pipeline knowledge
- API troubleshooting and integration debugging
- Cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Command line and scripting proficiency
- Clear communication of technical concepts
