CodeRabbit seeks a Commercial Field Engineer to serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, working closely with sales and product teams to demonstrate the value of their AI-powered code review platform to enterprise customers.
What you'll do
- Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions
- Build and deliver compelling product demos and Proof of Value engagements
- Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance requirements
- Provide cross-functional feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions
- Monitor industry trends in AI-driven development tools and emerging technologies
- Create and maintain technical playbooks, guides, and best practices documentation
