CodeRabbit seeks a Commercial Field Engineer to serve as a technical advisor during the pre-sales process, working closely with sales and product teams to demonstrate the value of their AI-powered code review platform to enterprise customers.

What you'll do

  • Partner with Account Executives to understand customer needs and design tailored technical solutions
  • Build and deliver compelling product demos and Proof of Value engagements
  • Respond to customer security questionnaires and compliance requirements
  • Provide cross-functional feedback to product and engineering teams based on customer interactions
  • Monitor industry trends in AI-driven development tools and emerging technologies
  • Create and maintain technical playbooks, guides, and best practices documentation
