About this role

CommerceIQ seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to build and deploy AI-driven solutions for Fortune 100 brands in e-commerce. You'll work directly with founders and executives to prototype solutions, integrate customer data systems, and transform successful patterns into core product features while traveling to client sites.

What you'll do

  • Partner with AI Product Managers to understand customer problems and rapidly develop working prototypes
  • Integrate data from ERPs, e-commerce platforms, and APIs to build custom AI agents
  • Lead customer demonstrations and proof-of-concept projects, measuring and optimizing AI outcomes
  • Instrument and tune models using production feedback to improve prototype performance
  • Collaborate with Bangalore engineering team to transform prototypes into scalable product features
  • Help define the company's first forward deployed engineering function and customer engagement model
