About this role

Common Room, an AI-powered GTM platform backed by top-tier investors, is hiring backend software engineers to build scalable infrastructure and APIs. You'll develop features, maintain databases, and ensure systems meet customer needs while working remotely across the US.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and maintain backend infrastructure, APIs, and data models
• Write testable, efficient code and develop software testing procedures
• Optimize system performance and ensure scalability, reliability, and observability
• Maintain relational and non-relational database applications
• Resolve customer issues and support internal ML and infrastructure capabilities
• Collaborate with teammates in agile planning and contribute to company-building initiatives
