Founding Design Engineer

About this role

Conductor is seeking a founding design engineer to shape the interfaces of its AI-powered coding agent platform used by engineers at major companies. You'll partner with co-founders to ideate, design, prototype, and build beautiful, intuitive interfaces for next-generation development tools.

What you'll do

• Design and prototype user interfaces for AI-powered coding agent tools
• Collaborate with users to understand needs and gather feedback
• Bridge design and engineering to deliver polished products
• Contribute ideas to product direction and strategy
• Help establish design standards and best practices
• Ship features rapidly while maintaining high craft standards
