Core Blockchain Engineer

About this role

Conduit seeks a Core Blockchain Engineer to design and scale Ethereum infrastructure solutions powering their enterprise-grade platform. You'll architect EVM node systems, improve performance and reliability, and work on next-generation distributed blockchain services in a remote-first environment.

What you'll do

• Architect and evolve EVM Node solutions for the Conduit Platform
• Build scalable, robust software solutions in production devops environments
• Create and improve tooling and processes for maintainability and reliability
• Debug complex issues across networking, performance, and system layers
• Participate in oncall rotation for production support
• Collaborate with engineers on technical design and problem-solving

What they're looking for

• Deep EVM and Ethereum node architecture knowledge
• Ethereum internals (debuggers, block explorers, tracers)
• Production service design, implementation, and operations
• Go, Python, or Rust programming
• Complex system debugging and troubleshooting
• DevOps and infrastructure management
• Postgres, Redis, and cloud storage experience
• Developer tooling and patterns for EVM networks
