About this role
Console is hiring a Design Engineer to craft the user experience for AI agents that automate enterprise operations. You'll bridge design and engineering to build performant interfaces, develop design systems, and add polish that makes the product feel exceptional.
What you'll do
- Build smooth, performant agent UX with streaming responses and dynamic UI components
- Design, extend, and maintain Console's design system
- Add animation and visual refinement to screens and components
- Drive work from concept through design to implementation
- Collaborate closely with product and design teams
- Optimize front-end infrastructure for competitive differentiation
