Curriculum Developer: Aerospace Technician (contract; part time)

About this role

Correlation One seeks a curriculum developer with aerospace manufacturing experience to create virtual and hands-on training content for an aerospace technician program. You'll design lessons covering engineering drawings, precision measurement, soldering, and safety standards while collaborating with industry experts to ensure alignment with current industry requirements.

What you'll do

• Develop lessons, demonstrations, and hands-on exercises for aerospace technician foundational skills
• Review and advise on curriculum to ensure correct aerospace manufacturing concepts are included
• Iterate on content based on employer feedback and current aerospace industry standards
• Collaborate with curriculum developers and provide peer review feedback
• Review lessons and QA exercises, documenting changes in QA documentation
• Deploy content on the learning platform

What they're looking for

• 5+ years hands-on aerospace or advanced manufacturing experience
• Expertise in structures, assembly & integration, or composites work
• Blueprint reading and precision measurement tools
• Aerospace safety and quality standards (OSHA, 5S, FOD)
• 3+ years curriculum development or instructional design experience
• Adult learner training and technical mentoring
• Technical writing for beginner-level audiences
• Digital collaboration tools (Zoom, Slack, Microsoft Office)
