About this role

Courier Health seeks a Customer Engineer to support biopharma clients implementing patient engagement software for chronic disease management. You'll manage technical implementations, data integrations, and customer success while collaborating across engineering and client solutions teams, with occasional travel required.

What you'll do

  • Partner with customer technical stakeholders to gather requirements and define data/business logic for platform integration
  • Configure data integrations and validate data accuracy against customer systems
  • Build customer workflows and standard operating procedures within the platform
  • Support technical implementations including SSO, API integrations, and system configurations
  • Troubleshoot issues, analyze customer feedback, and contribute to product support improvements
  • Perform customer data analysis and functional acceptance testing for new product features
