About this role

CPI Security Systems seeks a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Solution Engineer to serve as the technical owner for CPO, Billing, and Order Management systems. You'll design and configure Salesforce solutions, lead Revenue Cloud and CPQ implementations, and partner with business teams to drive process improvements and platform optimization.

What you'll do

  • Act as technical owner and subject matter expert for Salesforce CPO, Billing, and Order Management
  • Design and configure Salesforce solutions including declarative rules, process automation, and Flows
  • Lead implementation of Revenue Cloud, Order Management, and CPQ features with unit testing and code reviews
  • Develop custom reports, dashboards, validation rules, and workflow automation across the organization
  • Partner with business stakeholders to identify gaps and solution opportunities for billing and order management roadmap
  • Evaluate, install, and maintain Salesforce AppExchange components and ensure ecosystem integration
