About this role
Cribl is seeking a Sales Engineer to drive growth for its Storage & Analysis products across the Western region. You'll serve as a technical advisor to enterprise customers, collaborating with sales teams to demonstrate value, execute proofs of concept, and shape product strategy through customer insights.
What you'll do
- Educate customers on Cribl's Storage & Analysis product value throughout the sales cycle
- Partner with sales specialists to develop strategies and grow pipeline for emerging products
- Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and proof-of-value events to prospects
- Guide customers through proof-of-concept activities and ensure successful outcomes
- Create demo content, presentations, and sales materials reflecting customer patterns
- Document use cases and contribute to blog posts and product documentation

- Sales engineering or forward-deployed engineering experience
- Logs, metrics, observability, or IT operations expertise
- Consultative selling methodologies
- Customer presentation and communication skills
- Cybersecurity or data analytics knowledge
