About this role
Crusoe is seeking a Senior Cloud Support Engineer to provide technical support for its sustainable GPU compute platform. You'll be the primary contact for customers using Crusoe Cloud for AI/ML and scientific computing, working on-call in a 24/7 rotation while collaborating with SRE and infrastructure teams.
What you'll do
- Deliver technical support to customers via ticketing system while maintaining 95%+ satisfaction scores and meeting SLAs
- Participate in 24/7 on-call rotation to resolve critical infrastructure and customer issues
- Diagnose and troubleshoot VM, hardware, and scaling issues using CLI tools and internal platforms
- Triage alerts, manage maintenance windows, and conduct node delivery testing
- Collaborate with SRE, Networking, and Storage teams on root cause analysis and escalations
- Create documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures for team onboarding
