Modular Data Center Systems Engineer – Spark

About this role

Crusoe seeks a Modular Data Center Systems Engineer to coordinate technical integration across electrical, mechanical, and thermal teams for their Spark modular data center units. You'll serve as the primary systems connector ensuring seamless deployment of complex MDC infrastructure, managing dependencies between internal components and site-level infrastructure while supporting the transition to liquid cooling technology.

What you'll do

• Coordinate cross-functional integration between Electrical, Mechanical, and Thermal engineering teams to ensure unified MDC architecture
• Manage technical interfaces and dependencies between modular units and site-level systems including UPS, transformers, and cooling distribution units
• Partner with Field Operations and Commissioning teams to translate design specifications into deployed systems
• Support transition from air-cooled to direct liquid-cooled systems by integrating CDU and coolant distribution
• Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation aggregating inputs from multiple engineering disciplines
• Facilitate feedback loops between manufacturing partners and design teams to drive continuous product improvements
