Facility Maintenance Engineer

Seek an experienced maintenance engineer to oversee equipment upkeep and operations at a medical waste processing facility in Stow, OH. The role combines preventative maintenance management, emergency repairs, and staff training while administering computerized maintenance systems and traveling to other sites as needed.

What you'll do

• Develop and supervise preventative maintenance schedules for robotic wash lines, autoclaves, boilers, and facility equipment
• Perform remote and on-site troubleshooting, repairs, and emergency service to minimize production downtime
• Administer computerized maintenance management system and maintain spare parts inventory across locations
• Design, plan, and implement equipment upgrades and modifications to improve safety, compliance, and efficiency
• Train operations and maintenance staff on equipment maintenance requirements and best practices
• Report on equipment downtime events and coordinate with plant managers on maintenance scheduling
