About this role

This role develops and maintains low-code/no-code capabilities using Appian, configuring workflows, interfaces, and integrations to support modernization and secure mission delivery for the Army. The position requires 4+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2 years of hands-on Appian development, and an active Secret clearance.

What you'll do

  • Develop and sustain LC/NC workflows, interfaces, records, rules, integrations, and reusable components using Appian
  • Implement user stories, resolve defects, and support sprint execution in an Agile environment
  • Adhere to design, security, naming, and performance standards throughout development
  • Conduct peer reviews, manage releases, and maintain production documentation
  • Support production operations and troubleshooting for deployed systems
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and solutions
