About this role
Davis Technology Management seeks a Junior Analyst-Developer to design and build automation solutions that improve business efficiency. You'll work with business teams to identify workflow bottlenecks and create practical tools using Microsoft's automation ecosystem, combining process analysis with hands-on development.
What you'll do
- Meet with business users to understand workflows and identify improvement opportunities
- Design and build automation solutions using Microsoft automation and AI tools
- Create internal tools, workflows, and intelligent assistants to reduce manual work
- Document solutions and communicate them clearly to end users
- Test, refine, and improve solutions based on user feedback
- Support adoption of automation tools across the organization
