Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

About this role

Join Deepgram as a Solutions Engineer to deploy voice AI technology into enterprise restaurant environments. You'll partner with major restaurant brands to integrate our platform end-to-end, troubleshoot production issues, and translate real-world deployment challenges into product improvements.

What you'll do

• Embed with enterprise customers as a technical peer to lead discovery, solutioning, and end-to-end platform implementation
• Configure and customize Deepgram's voice AI platform for unique operational requirements including POS integrations and ordering flows
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in live production deployments
• Codify deployment patterns into reusable tools, playbooks, and reference architectures for broader team use
• Serve as escalation point for complex technical issues and gather customer feedback for product teams
• Support sales engagements and participate in onsite customer interactions with up to 50% travel
