About this role

DevRev seeks an Enterprise Sales Engineer to act as a technical bridge between the sales team and customers, guiding enterprise clients through product evaluation, demos, and implementation of the AI-powered Computer platform. You'll combine technical expertise with consultative selling to help customers understand and adopt DevRev's unified AI solutions.

What you'll do

  • Deliver tailored product demos, proofs of concept, and technical proposals that address customer pain points
  • Partner with Account Executives to discover use cases, design solutions, and support sales campaigns
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses and create compelling technical documentation aligned to customer needs
  • Build relationships as a trusted advisor and support onboarding handoffs to Customer Success
  • Create technical playbooks, demo assets, case studies, and train sales teams on product capabilities
  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customizations, integrations, and competitive strategy

What they're looking for

  • B2B SaaS solution engineering with 5+ years enterprise sales experience
  • Technical acumen with APIs, integrations, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps tools
  • Generative AI and LLM understanding with experience using code generation tools
  • Enterprise sales methodologies (Command of the Message, MEDDICC)
  • Strong communication and storytelling with technical and executive audiences
  • Familiarity with CRM, service desk, DevOps, and collaboration platforms (Salesforce, ServiceNow, Jira, etc.)
  • Cross-functional collaboration and consultative discovery mindset
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
