Forward Deployed Engineer (Customer)

About this role

DevRev seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to serve as the primary technical strategist embedded with enterprise customers, designing and implementing AI-driven business transformation solutions on the DevRev platform. You'll bridge pre-sales, engineering, and customer success teams to architect scalable agent-based workflows that address real-world business challenges.

What you'll do

• Understand customer business domains, systems, and KPIs to guide AI solution design and architecture
• Design AI-driven workflows, agents, and system integrations aligned with customer goals and industry standards
• Build trusted partnerships with customer stakeholders as their technical advisor and strategic partner
• Collaborate with Applied AI engineers to oversee solution implementation and ensure architectural alignment
• Support pre-sales activities by scoping opportunities, defining technical requirements, and assessing feasibility
• Travel up to 50% for on-site customer discovery, deployment, and engagement activities
