About this role

Join Dexory's Client Operations team as a Remote Support Engineer to monitor and maintain autonomous robotic systems deployed globally. You'll provide real-time remote support, diagnose technical issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to improve system reliability, working nights (6pm-6am) on a 4-on-4-off rotating schedule.

What you'll do

  • Monitor autonomous robot operations in the field and respond to alerts using teleoperation tools
  • Provide remote technical support to clients, troubleshooting issues and communicating solutions clearly
  • Document and implement monitoring and operational toolkits for the support team
  • Identify recurring system failures and suggest improvements to robot design and processes
  • Create internal incident tickets and performance reports for engineering and management
  • Deliver regular analysis of system performance, incident trends, and support effectiveness
