About this role

Dexterity seeks a Robotics Field Engineer to deploy and maintain cutting-edge warehouse automation systems at customer sites. You'll diagnose issues, perform repairs, and serve as the primary liaison between on-site operations and the development team while ensuring optimal system performance.

What you'll do

• Operate and troubleshoot robotic systems at customer warehouses
• Diagnose hardware and software issues and coordinate repairs
• Perform system retrofits and lifecycle maintenance actions
• Conduct on-site investigations and lead technical problem-solving
• Communicate technical findings and status updates to development and operations teams
• Provide first-line customer support and technical guidance
