Associate Solutions Engineer

About this role

DigiCert seeks an Associate Solutions Engineer to support technical presales activities for their intelligent trust platform. You'll demonstrate solutions, conduct evaluations, analyze customer needs, and collaborate with sales and cross-functional teams to drive customer success.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain technical expertise in DigiCert solutions and services
• Conduct product demonstrations and support Proof of Concept evaluations for prospects
• Analyze customer requirements to assess fit with DigiCert offerings
• Assist with RFP/RFI responses covering functional and technical elements
• Capture feature requests and feedback for Product Management
• Travel to customer sites and industry conferences as needed
