About this role

Dorsia seeks a fullstack Product Engineer to build and scale core features across React Native mobile apps and PHP/TypeScript backends for a rapidly growing hospitality-tech platform. You'll work directly with product and design teams to ship user-facing improvements while leveraging AI tools and modern cloud infrastructure.

What you'll do

  • Architect and ship production code across mobile (React Native), backend (PHP/TypeScript), and infrastructure layers
  • Use AI-powered development tools to prototype, debug, and automate features with faster iteration
  • Collaborate with product, design, and operations to define requirements and deliver user-facing improvements
  • Optimize system performance, UI polish, backend logic, and operational tooling across the stack
  • Write clean, testable code and establish practices that maintain codebase health as the team scales
  • Take ownership of features end-to-end with high agency and minimal blocking
