IT & EP Security Engineer

About this role

Duetti, a music creator funding and services platform, seeks an IT & EP Security Engineer to design and operate endpoint management, access control, and security systems for a rapidly scaling organization. This foundational role combines infrastructure ownership with modern security challenges like AI tool governance, requiring hands-on leadership across internal IT operations.

What you'll do

• Design and manage endpoint devices, MDM platforms, and device lifecycle from provisioning through offboarding
• Establish least-privilege access models and identity governance across SaaS tools and internal systems
• Evaluate security risks of AI and productivity tools; develop adoption guardrails and monitoring protocols
• Monitor endpoint and account behavior; support incident response for security events
• Build scalable onboarding/offboarding workflows and maintain centralized SaaS inventory
• Develop IT security documentation, policies, and operational processes as the company grows
