Platform Operations Engineer

EliseAI seeks a Platform Operations Engineer to optimize and scale business operations systems across the organization. You'll bridge technology and strategy, managing vendor platforms, building custom solutions, and driving automation initiatives that support rapid growth in housing and healthcare sectors.

What you'll do

• Own and optimize tech stack across third-party vendors and proprietary business operations systems
• Design and implement custom technical solutions to enhance automation, analytics, and workflow scalability
• Build business analytics solutions tracking customer health, retention, and expansion opportunities
• Evaluate, select, and implement market-leading technologies based on business and technical requirements
• Conduct cross-functional discovery and drive adoption of technical solutions across teams
• Work with AWS, databases, APIs, and automation tools to improve system integrations
