Join Ema, an AI platform company transforming enterprise productivity, as a Backend Software Engineer. You'll develop scalable backend systems and APIs for an agentic AI platform used at enterprise scale, working alongside talented engineers from top tech companies.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain enterprise backend applications, APIs, and services using Go and Python
• Design and build scalable data schemas with PostgreSQL and similar databases
• Develop REST and gRPC APIs with focus on reliability and performance
• Write clean, testable code following test-driven development practices
• Ensure applications meet security standards and industry best practices
• Contribute to process improvements and software development practices
