Software Engineer, DevOps
About this role
Ema, an AI-powered enterprise automation platform, seeks an experienced DevOps Engineer to design and maintain scalable, highly-available infrastructure supporting their growing SaaS product. You'll work across cloud platforms to build resilient systems, automate deployments, and ensure optimal performance in a fast-paced startup environment.
What you'll do
- Architect and build foundational infrastructure for multi-tenant SaaS solutions on AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment using Terraform, Ansible, and Kubernetes
- Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines with tools like GitHub Actions and Cloud Build
- Implement observability solutions using Prometheus, Grafana, Sentry, and PagerDuty for system monitoring and alerting
- Monitor system performance, analyze metrics, and optimize database queries for peak efficiency
- Deploy and maintain comprehensive testing frameworks including end-to-end testing infrastructure
