Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Encord seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage end-to-end deployments of their AI data platform for strategic customers. You'll balance technical integration work with customer guidance, product demos, and strategic roadmap contributions while helping scale this emerging function.

What you'll do

• Own complete deployment process for enterprise customers on the Encord platform
• Build data integrations and technical solutions for customer onboarding
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and best practice guidance to clients
• Communicate project status to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Gather customer insights and feedback for product roadmap development
• Help define and scale the Forward Deployed engineering function
