Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

Encord seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage end-to-end deployments of its AI data platform for strategic customers. You'll bridge technical implementation and customer success, building integrations, guiding best practices, and shaping the FDE function as an early team member.

What you'll do

• Own complete deployment lifecycle for high-priority customers
• Design and build data integrations and technical solutions for customer onboarding
• Deliver product demos, workshops, and best practice guidance to customers
• Communicate project status to both technical teams and executive stakeholders
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to inform roadmap decisions
• Help establish and scale the Forward Deployed team function
