About this role
ENSCO seeks a Test Engineer to design and execute integration tests for a critical space mission program, translating operational requirements into focused test objectives and analyzing results to guide cross-program decisions.
What you'll do
- Convert mission threads and operational scenarios into testable outcomes with measurable objectives and decision-relevant evidence
- Develop test plans, procedures, checklists, and data-collection approaches with defined readiness criteria and expected results
- Coordinate readiness across program teams, system owners, facilities, and data owners to confirm configurations and entry criteria
- Execute system, software, hardware, network, and end-to-end integration tests that validate how independently developed elements work together
- Analyze test logs, telemetry, and observations to distinguish product defects from interface, configuration, or environmental issues
- Document anomalies with mission impact, likely causes, and recommendations; drive results into defect reviews and program decisions
