Join Ethena as a Customer Success Engineer to support compliance training clients in achieving their goals. You'll manage customer relationships, ensure platform adoption, and drive retention for a rapidly growing SaaS company trusted by leading organizations.

What you'll do

  • Manage customer relationships and serve as primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Ensure successful platform implementation and onboarding for new customers
