GTM Knowledge Engineer

About this role

Everlaw seeks a GTM Knowledge Engineer to design and deploy AI agents and intelligent interfaces that streamline seller workflows and reduce friction in the quote-to-cash process. This founding role combines revenue enablement, operations, and systems thinking to build automated solutions for sales teams.

What you'll do

• Design and ship custom AI agents for seller tasks like meeting prep, POV generation, stakeholder mapping, and ROI modeling
• Build backend orchestration layers that route the right agent, script, or asset to sellers in real-time based on CRM data
• Create interactive AI-powered onboarding and certification frameworks that adapt to individual rep roles and gaps
• Prototype real-time sales assistance tools and co-selling overlays for live call environments
• Map quote-to-cash friction points and build validation guardrails to prevent configuration errors and policy violations
• Translate complex operational policies into automated rules and proactive interface guidance

What they're looking for

• AI agent design and engineering (1+ year hands-on experience)
• JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python programming
• API integration and LLM orchestration frameworks (Claude, modern LLM APIs)
• Vector storage and conversational AI systems
• UX/UI design for enterprise internal tools
• CPQ platform and quote-to-cash process knowledge
• Systems thinking and workflow automation
• Commercial sales domain understanding
