About this role
Everlaw seeks a GTM Knowledge Engineer to design and deploy AI agents and intelligent systems that streamline seller workflows and reduce friction in the quote-to-cash process. You'll build automation for activities like meeting prep, proposal generation, and ROI modeling while translating complex business policies into user-friendly guardrails for commercial teams.
What you'll do
- Design and engineer custom GTM agents for seller tasks including meeting preparation, stakeholder mapping, and ROI modeling
- Build and maintain backend orchestration layers that surface the right agent or asset at the right moment in a rep's workflow
- Create interactive, automated AI-powered onboarding and certification frameworks tailored to individual rep roles and regions
- Develop real-time sales assistance tools and in-call guidance features for live deal support
- Map and eliminate friction points in the CPQ quoting platform and build validation guardrails
- Translate complex operational policies into automated rules and proactive user-layer controls
