Forward Deployed Engineer

About this role

An AI startup is seeking a Forward-Deployed Integration Engineer to work directly with enterprise customers on deploying and integrating their generative AI platform. You'll bridge the gap between core engineering and customer success, handling hands-on implementation, troubleshooting, and feeding product insights back to the team.

What you'll do

• Deploy and configure the platform in enterprise customer production environments
• Integrate platform with customer systems, APIs, data sources, and authentication frameworks
• Write custom scripts and connectors in Python to support customer needs
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and drive them to resolution
• Gather customer feedback and translate it into actionable product improvements
• Develop deployment playbooks, migration guides, and operational best practices
