About this role
Exowatt seeks a Quality & Reliability Engineer to oversee both manufacturing quality and long-term system dependability for their innovative solar-thermal-electric P3 system. You'll manage supplier qualification, investigate failures, establish quality protocols, and ensure field reliability meets AI infrastructure demands.
What you'll do
- Qualify suppliers and manage supply chain quality standards
- Conduct root-cause investigations and corrective actions
- Develop and implement quality management systems for manufacturing scale-up
- Define reliability requirements and specifications for P3 systems
- Execute life-test programs and field reliability monitoring
- Ensure products meet uptime expectations for AI infrastructure customers
