Infrastructure Systems Engineer

About this role

Fashion Nova seeks an experienced Infrastructure Systems Engineer to design, deploy, and maintain core IT systems including servers, storage, and cloud platforms. You'll lead infrastructure projects, implement security protocols, and ensure high availability across a multi-vendor environment while supporting a fast-growing fashion and lifestyle brand.

What you'll do

• Deploy and maintain Active Directory, Windows/Linux servers, and VMware virtualization platforms
• Manage storage solutions (NAS/SAN/hyper-converged) and cloud platform support
• Implement server security protocols and develop automation scripts for operational efficiency
• Lead project-based engineering, installation, and troubleshooting for multi-vendor solutions
• Manage user provisioning, identity/access management, and collaboration tool support
• Deploy and maintain disaster recovery processes to ensure business continuity
