Product Developer

About this role

Fashion Nova seeks an experienced Product Developer to lead the creation of innovative apparel from concept through launch. You'll manage cross-functional teams, conduct market research, and oversee product budgets while maintaining the brand's reputation for on-trend, quality fashion.

What you'll do

• Manage end-to-end product development lifecycle including concept, design, production, and market launch
• Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, and sales teams to ensure products meet customer needs
• Build and maintain vendor relationships to secure quality materials delivered on schedule
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new product opportunities
• Lead and mentor a team of product developers toward performance goals
• Develop and manage product development budgets aligned with business priorities

• Product development (5+ years, preferably women's apparel)
• Adobe Illustrator proficiency
• G-Suite and Microsoft Office
• Garment and fabric construction
• Time management and organization
