- Support learners during open learning hours and language lab sessions.
- Coordinate catering, visitor access, parking, and event logistics.
- Facilitate assigned training programs both in-person and virtually.
- Support weekly new hire orientation and help ensure a smooth and engaging onboarding experience.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Benefits to deliver a consistent orientation program.
- Welcome new employees, introduce them to company learning resources, and answer questions.
- Prepare instructors, guest speakers, and subject matter experts for successful training sessions.
- Administer learner accounts and training activities within the company's Learning Management System (LMS).
- Create and manage training sessions, enrollments, rosters, and attendance records.
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready training records.
- Track required certifications and renewal dates, including OSHA, CPR/First Aid, and other compliance-related training.
- Generate reports on training participation, completions, and compliance status.
- Operate classroom technology, Teams Room equipment, displays, audio systems, and assistive listening devices.
- Troubleshoot common technical issues before escalating to IT.
- Manage device checkout, charging, and readiness for training events.
- Partner with IT to support technology needs within the Learning Center.
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee learning support.
- Help employees navigate learning resources and complete training requirements.
- Support programs such as leadership development, language training, intern programs, book clubs, and GED support initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve training logistics, learner engagement, and overall program effectiveness.
