About this role
Field AI seeks a Field Application Engineer to support the deployment and optimization of AI-powered robotic systems in real-world environments. You'll bridge the gap between our engineering team and customers, ensuring our risk-aware, field-ready AI solutions perform effectively across complex applications.
What you'll do
- Deploy and configure AI robotic systems at customer sites
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support
- Gather field performance data and customer feedback
- Train customers on system operation and best practices
- Collaborate with engineering to improve products based on field insights
- Document deployment procedures and create technical documentation
