What you'll do

  • Set up new robots from OEMs including configuration, quality checks, calibration, and software provisioning
  • Monitor fleet health and maintain robots according to FieldAI standards across deployed assets
  • Diagnose and repair hardware components such as sensors, actuators, batteries, and wiring harnesses
  • Travel to customer sites for installations, repairs, upgrades, and production deployment support
  • Manage logistics coordination for robot shipments, spare parts, and field equipment with internal teams
  • Document service logs, diagnostics, configurations, and field observations for continuous improvement
