Forward Deployed Engineer

Field AI seeks a Forward Deployed Engineer to manage real-world deployment and integration of autonomous robotic systems in the field. You'll collaborate with customers and internal teams to ensure operational success, gather field feedback for continuous improvement, and drive rapid adoption of mission-critical AI solutions.

• Deploy and integrate autonomous systems at customer sites
• Monitor field performance and troubleshoot technical issues
• Gather and incorporate customer feedback to enhance reliability
• Coordinate between customer operations and internal engineering teams
• Drive system adoption and ensure mission-critical readiness
• Document deployment processes and share learnings across teams
