Robotics QA / QC Engineer

About this role

FieldAI seeks a hands-on Robotics QA/QC Engineer to validate and test robotic systems at their Irvine facility before field deployment. You'll work directly with hardware, identify issues, and collaborate with engineering teams to ensure reliable, safe operation of AI-powered robots.

What you'll do

• Conduct hands-on testing and validation of robotic systems in controlled lab environments
• Monitor system behavior and identify bugs or performance issues
• Collaborate with engineering teams to surface problems and validate fixes
• Ensure safety and reliability standards are met before deployment
• Document test results and troubleshoot hardware and software integration issues
• Serve as quality gate for systems shipping to field deployments
