Figure, an AI robotics company, seeks a Deployment Engineer to serve as an on-site lead at a Los Angeles customer location, managing testing procedures, data collection, and coordination between field operations and engineering teams for humanoid robot development and deployment.

What you'll do

• Act as on-site representative supporting deployment and development initiatives
• Design and execute testing plans aligned with customer requirements and roadmap priorities
• Conduct field testing, collect data, and perform debugging to identify issues
• Analyze test results to inform improvements to software and hardware systems
• Communicate technical feedback from the field back to engineering teams
• Maintain customer satisfaction by meeting performance expectations and goals
